A Message To Our Guests:
To ensure the health and safety of our guests, Adrenaline Entertainment Centers is taking the following measures to keep our jumpers safe. When we welcome you back, you will notice the following changes.
- Limited Capacity.
- Temperature Checks.
- Masks Required for Employees.
- Implementing Intense Sanitizing Routines.
- Cleaning with Hospital Grade Disinfectant. (BioCide)
- Promoting Social Distancing.
- No physical contact between guests and staff – no high fives or fist bumps.
- Regular automated announcements reminding guests/staff to keep a safe distance and avoid grouping.
- Hand washing/sanitizing signage throughout the park with best practice reminders.
- If you feel sick, please do not visit us until you are well. You should seek medical attention immediately.
- Front greeter welcoming guests and providing the following information:
- Entry is being discouraged based off a “yes” to the following question: “have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 48hrs?”
- Offering hand sanitizer
- Pointing out location of bathrooms for regular hand washing
- Guests are encouraged to wear cloth face coverings according to CDC guidance.
- Adjust equipment layout and close or restrict access to equipment to maintain appropriate social distancing among guests (e.g., at least 6 feet of separation)
- Require employees to clean equipment thoroughly.
- Keep doors open where possible to reduce handle contact and improve ventilation.
- Recommend that persons more vulnerable or at-risk for COVID-19 as identified by the CDC—including those who are over the age of 65 or those who have severe underlying medical conditions—take extra precaution or refrain from use of the facility during initial phases of re-opening.
Business Process Adaptations:
- Guests are encouraged to book online or call-ahead for reservations to limit interaction during check in.
- In park waiver stations will be limited, waivers can be completed online.
- No touch check-in with appropriate spacing marked on the floor.
- Sanitize shared resources after each use, and sanitize all high-traffic areas and high-touch surfaces (such as counters, check-out areas, keypads, restrooms) every 30 minutes and when visibly dirty.
- Hand sanitizer stations located in high traffic areas throughout the park and lobby.
- Physical distancing “reminder” signs, such as floor decals and audio announcements to encourage guests to be mindful of maintaining 6-feet of distance.
- Limited capacity in the building tracked by booking software
- Encourage parent / guardian supervision for all children when participating in recreational activities, and ensure that children are able to comply with applicable guidelines (e.g., physical distancing, wear face coverings). Note that cloth face coverings should NOT be put on babies and children under age two because of the danger of suffocation.
- Dedicated staff doing continuous loop sanitizing frequently touched surfaces (guided by a checklist with cleaning directives.)
- Door handles/gate chain (Prop front/bathroom doors open when possible)
- Handrails/fence line
- Faucets, flush levers, paper towel dispensers
- Vending machine buttons
- Tables, benches, stools
- Check in area – computer, keyboard, mouse, scanner, wristband printers, sock bins
- Attraction attendants equipped with cleaning products to sanitize between users. Those attractions include:
- Trapeze, basketball, wipeout, dodgeball, battle beam sticks
- Hourly wipe down of attractions include:
- Wipeout arm
- Daily full facility cleaning includes checklists with instructions on cleaning
- Areas cleaned include: front desk, arcade/concessions counter, trampoline areas, staff break room, bathrooms
- Equipment used: backpack sprayer, backpack fogger, wet mop, dry mop, self-driving floor scrubber, chemical dispenser for proper mixing, spray bottles, microfiber cloths, paper towels and sanitizing wipes
- Screen all employees reporting to work for COVID-19 symptoms with the following questions:
- Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
- Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?
- Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
- Have you had any loss of taste or smell?
- Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours?
- Employee temperature screening onsite with a no-touch thermometer each day upon arrival at work. Normal temperature should not exceed 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Staff will wear cloth face coverings and other personal protection items provided by Adrenaline as recommended by the CDC.
- Ongoing training will be provided to staff on personal protective equipment based on CDC guidelines
- Sanitizing stations present in staff areas such as a wash station with soap and/or hand sanitizer
- Recommended physical distancing will be practiced to the greatest extent possible — “Further is safer”
- Prohibit congregating in break rooms (our break rooms are closed) or common areas and limit capacity of such areas to allow for safe physical distancing – a minimum of 6 feet – whenever possible
- Stagger shifts, breaks, and meals, in compliance with wage and hour laws and regulations
- Employees trained to increase hygiene practices—wash hands more frequently, avoid touching face, practice good respiratory etiquette when coughing or sneezing
- We will provide regular updates and training for employees about personal COVID-19 mitigation and safeguards based on CDC guidelines
- All employees instructed to stay home if feeling ill, report any symptoms of illness to supervisor and require notification of COVID-19 positive case in employee’s household. Employees who are particularly vulnerable to COVID-19 according to the CDC (e.g., due to age or underlying conditions) are encouraged to stay home
- Any employee who exhibits COVID-19 symptoms (i.e., answers yes to any of the screening questions or who is running a fever) will be directed to leave the premises immediately and seek medical care and/or COVID-19 testing, per Department of Health and CDC guidelines.
